We offer a unique wedding experience with our various packages and add-ons that you won’t find at any other outdoor wedding venue in Oregon. This allows you to truly customize your venue experience to fit what you envision for your perfect wedding day; we know that one size doesn’t fit all. Our venue can host events of up to 120 guests and has the bonus of having onsite overnight glamping accommodations. We know you’ll love our rustic meets luxury atmosphere, and your guests will too!

Our venue offers 5 luxury glamping yurts (pictured), 5 glamping canvas platform tents, and 1 Honeymoon Cabin onsite, allowing overnight accommodations for up to 22 guests! For those other guests that want to stay nearby, we recommend reserving sites at nearby Stub Stewart State Park. It is a short drive up the road and has options for RV’s, tents, and cabins. Plus, the Banks-Vernonia State Trail connects the state park to Vernonia Springs, making it extra convenient for those wanting to travel by bike.

How many guests can I have
You can have 120 wedding guests (includes wedding party, as well as kids and adults of all ages). Vendors are not included in your guest count. You can have up to 22 overnight guests.
What is the weather like?
The weather at Vernonia Springs is similar to the Willamette Valley and enjoys a Mediterranean summer. Nights are significantly cooler. So even on a very hot day, it will normally cool down to the low 60’s by mid-evening. Days are typically 5-10 degrees cooler than the Willamette Valley.
What time of year are you open?
Vernonia Springs is open from mid-May – mid-October. The venue is closed during the remainder of the year.
Is there a backup weather plan?
For those occasional wedding days that might experience a shower or two, the wedding ceremony can be held under the log reception pavilion.
Can I have a dog in the wedding
Yes, the wedding couple can have their own dog in the wedding ceremony. No dogs are permitted after the wedding ceremony.

Can we visit Vernonia Springs before our wedding day?
A one-hour visit is included in your venue rental package. We encourage you to meet with your wedding coordinator at Vernonia Springs during this visit. Also included in your venue rental package is a one-hour rehearsal the week before your wedding day (please be sure to reserve the venue in advance to be sure your preferred date and time is available).
What are your catering policies?
Please see the list of our preferred caterers provided in the Wedding Information Guide above. If you choose to use a caterer not listed, there is a non-refundable cleaning deposit of $300. All caterers must provide full-service staffing unless you choose a preferred food cart that serves from the food cart. Some restrictions may apply to non-preferred caterers. Please make sure your caterer is fully insured to do professional catering.
Can we provide our own bar?
Yes … you can provide your own bar. You must however use one of our approved bartending services to serve all alcohol. See list above for approved bar tenders.
Are noise restrictions?
Columbia County has a 10:00 PM noise ordinance like most other counties in Oregon. After 10:00 all music must be turned off.
Do you have a designated parking area?
On-site parking for up to 100 cars is included with all wedding packages.
Do you have more than one wedding per day?
You will have exclusive use of the entire park during your wedding weekend.

How do I schedule a venue tour?
Venue tours are available by appointment only. Scheduled venue tours are on Sunday’s and Monday’s between 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. You can schedule a venue tour by pressing the Scheduled Your Venue Tour Here button above.
